At Tails Junction, we are committed to delivering the smartest gadgets and gear for your pets. Since we ship from our global fulfillment centers to provide you with unique products, please review our shipping and return guidelines below.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary by location. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 30 days during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will issue a full refund or reship your order at no extra cost.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product (incorrect size, color, or model):

  • Action Required: Please email us at amgroups.shop@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package.

  • Requirements: You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a full refund, partial refund, or a free replacement, depending on the extent of the issue and your preference.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you or your pet are not satisfied with the product for any other reason:

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Process: Email us at amgroups.shop@gmail.com to initiate the return. We will provide you with the specific warehouse address for your return.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our facility. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is confirmed as lost or experiences significant delays (no tracking updates for 30+ days), we will address the issue individually to ensure you receive a refund or a reshipment.

5. Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or reshipments if the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or if it remains unclaimed.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is processed and transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to cancel it.
