Shipping policy

Tails Junction offers curated canvas wall art printed to order. We currently serve the United States and Canada.

Production and delivery

Your order is printed and prepared before it ships. Production time varies with the artwork, destination and production workload. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Economy shipping is available for eligible US orders; Standard shipping is available for eligible US and Canadian orders. Orders containing different sizes or multiple canvases may arrive in separate packages.

We will email tracking details when your order ships. For time-sensitive orders, contact amgroups.shop@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout using the items and destination in your order. We do not currently offer a blanket free-shipping threshold. Any applicable taxes and other checkout charges are shown before payment.

Address and delivery issues

Check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once production or shipping is underway.

If tracking has stopped updating, your order is overdue, or your canvas arrives damaged, contact amgroups.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and help arrange a resolution.

Returns and cancellations

Please read our Return and refund policy before ordering. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind or incorrect-size-selection returns. Confirmed damage, defects and fulfillment mistakes are handled under that policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
