Return & Refund Policy (Tails Junction)

At Tails Junction, we stand by the quality of our products and want you and your pets to be 100% happy. We specialize in unique pet gadgets and gear sourced from our global fulfillment centers. Please review our policy below:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or model), we’ve got you covered!

  • Action Required: Please email us at amgroups.shop@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • Documentation: You must include clear photos or a short video of the product and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, according to your preference.

2. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 30 days during transit, we consider the package lost.

  • In such cases, we will issue a full refund or reship the item at no extra cost to you.

  • Note: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We cannot offer refunds if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or if the package remains unclaimed.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you or your pet simply don't like the product, you can still return it!

  • Timeframe: You must contact us at amgroups.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.

  • Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Return Process: Please contact us before sending the item back. We will provide you with the exact return address (which is typically the same as the shipping address on your package) and instructions to ensure your refund is processed smoothly.

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once our facility receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed.

4. Final Sale Items

Please note that all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is part of the 7-day "change of mind" window mentioned above.
